Welcome to Cozy Kitchen! I'm Chef Katie Murdock, and with over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry I bring a passion culinary excellence to every dish. After honing my skills at renowned establishments like Elements Restaurant and Tavern and Table, I decided to create a space where I could share my love for cooking while nurturing my family. Join me on this delicious journey as we explore the warmth and comfort of home-cooked meals together!

 Throughout my restaurant career, I've had the incredible opportunity to compete on Iron Chef America as Beau MacMillan's sous chef, cook at the prestigious James Beard House, and showcase skills at the Aspen Food & Wine Festival. Each of experiences, along with the guidance of my mentors, has shaped me into the chef I am today. Join me as I continue to explore and create unforgettable dishes!
